Completion of acquisition of Compuscan

9.00am, 1 May 2019 - Further to our announcement of 10 December 2018, we are delighted to announce that all conditions relating to the acquisition of Compuscan (CSH Group (Pty) Limited) by Experian plc, including approval by the Competition Commission in South Africa, have been satisfied. The purchase consideration has been paid and the transaction has completed.
