PRESS RELEASE BOLOGNAFIERE SPA FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

Bologna, 16 December 2025. BolognaFiere S.p.A., a company listed on the Professional Segment of the Euronext Growth Milan market, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, hereby announces – pursuant to Article 17 of the EGM Issuers' Regulation – the schedule of corporate events for the financial year 2026, as set out below:

25 March 2026	Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025
28 April 2026	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 on first call (and, if necessary, on second call on 29 April 2026)
24 September 2026	Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit review
