SMT Scharf AG: Change to SMT Scharf’s Management Board

Hamm, 16 December 2025 – SMT Scharf AG (WKN: A3DRAE; ISIN: DE000A3DRAE2) announces that the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Volker Weiss, informed the Supervisory Board, that he intends to resign from his office as CFO for health reasons and by mutual agreement with the Company at short notice. The employment agreement shall be terminated by mutual consent with effect as of the end of March 2026.

The Supervisory Board agrees with Mr. Weiss’s request and has already started to work on appropriate solutions including identifying qualified candidates for the office of the CFO.
