ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to the provisions of article 19 of the Transparency Requirements (Transferable Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law, Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd (the "Company") wishes to inform shareholders and investors in general of the following:

The Company received today 15 December 2025 a notification for major holding (Form 190-01-01 attached hereto) from Frou-Frou Investments Ltd according to which the percentage of voting rights held together with its associated persons in the share capital of Atlantic Insurance increased to 5.11%. Therefore, the total number of Company shares held by Frou-Frou Investments Ltd and its associated persons following the above change is 1,988,134.
