Pursuant to rules of Prague Stock Exchange part II, article 18 paragraph 3 letter d) Komerční banka, a.s. discloses obligatory published information on complaint of company SAZKA, a.s.

On 29 December 2010, SAZKA a.s. with its seat at Praha 9, K Žižkovu čp 859, Postal Code 190 93, Identification No. 471 16 307, filed a claim with the Prague City court against Komerční banka, a.s. for payment of CZK 574,392,083 and appurtenance. SAZKA a.s.'s claim is based on an argument that SAZKA a.s. allegedly suffered damages in the amount of CZK 1,000,000,000 due its "good name and reputation" being damaged as a result of an alleged conduct of Komerční banka, a.s. The claimed amount of CZK 574,392,083 is arrived at by SAZKA a.s. by way of setting-off the alleged claim of CZK 1,000,000,000 against its debt owed to Komerční banka, a.s. which, however, has been - prior to the alleged set-off - assigned by Komerční banka, a.s. to a third person on the basis of a decision made by Komerční banka, a.s. Board of Directors and in full conformity with the Czech laws and internal rules of Komerční banka, a.s.

Komerční banka, a.s. denies SAZKA a.s.'s claim and will take all steps available to it under the relevant laws to ensure that SAZKA a.s.'s claim is rejected in its entirety.
