GRAMMER AG: Change in the Chairmanship of the Supervisory Board

Ursensollen, December 16, 2025 – At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of GRAMMER AG (ISIN DE0005895403) elected Dr. Markus Lauer, a member of the Supervisory Board, as the new Chairman of the Board with effect from January 1, 2026. He succeeds Dr.-Ing. Ping He, who is stepping down from the chairmanship for personal reasons as of December 31, 2025. Dr.-Ing. Ping He, whose term as a member of the Supervisory Board runs until the Annual General Meeting in 2030, will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board.
