Ctac obtains auditor's assessment report for half-year report 2025

's-Hertogenbosch, 2 September 2025 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) announces that, in the context of Value8 N.V.'s announced mandatory public offer for the shares in Ctac, Ctac has had an independent auditor's review carried out on the consolidated interim financial statements (published on 25 July 2025).

The resulting independent auditor's review report is included in the updated half-year report that was published today on the Ctac website. The updated half-year report is almost identical to the one published on 25 July 2025 and therefore does not contain any material changes.
