Following the announcement released on 22 September 2025, NEPI Rockcastle is pleased to announce the results of the tender offer launched by NE Property B.V. (the "Offer") addressed to holders of the outstanding EUR 500 million 1.875% Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2063535970), and EUR 500 million 3.375% Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2203802462), guaranteed by the Company.
