Important events to be reported: Completion of the Transaction regarding the acquisition of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications' prepaid business and certain assets

On 1 October 2025, DIGI Romania S.A. completed the acquisition from Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. ("TKRM") of (i) certain assets including certain spectrum licences and telecommunications towers as well as (ii) the business of providing prepaid mobile telecommunications services (the "Transaction"). In a concomitant transaction, Vodafone Romania S.A. ("VF") acquired TKRM.
