Ahold Delhaize share buyback update

Zaandam, the Netherlands, November 4, 2025 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 600,765 of its common shares in the period from October 27, 2025 up to and including October 31, 2025. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 36.12 per share for a total consideration of € 21.7 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 6, 2024.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 26,216,797 common shares for a total consideration of € 906.8 million.
