Ctac takes note of Value8 declaring mandatory public offer unconditional

's-Hertogenbosch, 6 November 2025 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) has taken note of the press release issued by Value8 N.V. (Value8) on 5 November 2025.

In its press release, Value8 announced that the mandatory public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Ctac has been declared unconditional. Upon completion of the offer, Value8 will hold a total stake of 66.9% in Ctac. For further information regarding the completion of the mandatory public offer, Ctac refers to the press release issued by Value8.
