Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 15, 2025 the Company sold 176 700 (one hundred seventy-six thousand and seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 504 213.93 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.85.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 345 445 representing 2.66% of the share capital of the Company.
