The Kingfish Company announces intention of Supervisory Board member Jordi Trias to resign
Kats, Netherlands – December 16, 2025 -The Kingfish Company (Euronext: KING) announces that Jordi Trias has informed the Supervisory Board of his intention to resign from his position as member of the Supervisory Board during the first quarter of 2026, with the exact date still to be determined.
Mr Trias will continue to serve on the Supervisory Board until his resignation becomes effective. The Nomination Committee will initiate a search process to identify a suitable successor.
Jeroen Scheelbeek, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: “On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to sincerely thank Jordi for his exceptional contribution over the past three years. His expertise, strategic insight and wise judgement have been invaluable to Kingfish and have supported the Company’s growth and development during an important phase of its journey. His perspective and experience will be greatly missed.”
Mr Trias added: “I have greatly enjoyed my three years on the Supervisory Board of The Kingfish Company and am proud of the progress the Company has made during this period. Kingfish is in a strong position to further strengthen its leadership in the yellowtail category, supported by its innovative and sustainable technology. As the Company enters this next phase, I intend to focus more fully on my responsibilities within my own business at Stolt Sea Farm.”
