ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE CSE

Pandora Investments Public Company LIMITED announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 12/12/2025, approved the renewal, under the same terms, for a period of ten years, i.e. until 10 December 2035, of the existing ten-year Services Provision Agreement and Creation and Operation of Labour Pool Agreement with Armonia Estates Limited, which is a major shareholder of the Company.

The renewal of the agreements is carried out in the context of the Company's ordinary business activities and on normal market terms.

This transaction falls within the exemption of Article 14(6) of Law 111(I)/2021. The Directors who are related parties did not participate in the relevant evaluation or in the meeting at which the decision to renew the said agreements was taken.
