REPORT ON PAYMENTS MADE TO GOVERNMENTS (EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES)

The meeting of the Bouygues Board of Directors held on 22 February 2017 to close off the annual financial statements also approved the text of the report on payments made to governments, prepared in accordance with Article L. 225-102-3 of the French Commercial Code.

In line with the Group's obligations regarding the publication of regulated information, that report is reproduced below.

The table below shows the amounts paid in 2016 by Colas group entities to public authorities (primarily in the form of miscellaneous taxes and levies) in connection with their aggregates extraction activities.
