Application for block listing

Drax Group plc ("Drax") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1116/29 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares will be issued in connection with the Drax Group plc Sharesave Plan. They will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective at 8.00am on 29 April 2019.
