Interim Dividend

The directors are pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2020 of 4.0 pence per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend").

Dividends paid in the year to 31 March 2019 totalled 11.0 pence per share. The directors will not be proposing a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2019.

The interim dividend will be paid on 12 June 2019 to those shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 10 May 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 9 May 2019.

The Company operates a dividend re-investment scheme ("DRIS").  The latest date for receipt of DRIS elections so as to participate in the DRIS in respect of the Interim Dividend is the close of business on 29 May 2019.
