Revolution Beauty Group plc (Company), the multi-channel mass beauty brand, announces that it was notified on 10 December 2025 that on the same day Tom Allsworth, Chief Executive Officer, instructed the transfer of legal title in 76,433,800 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company to Lynchwood Nominees Limited, to hold on his behalf as nominee in its CREST account, with no change of beneficial ownership.

The Company also announces that it was notified on 11 December 2025 that on the same day Tom Allsworth transferred beneficial ownership in 40,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company to Tom Allsworth Discretionary Trust 2, the trustees of which are Tom Allsworth, Joanna Allsworth and Ludlow Trust Company Ltd. These shares will be held by Lynchwood Nominees Limited in its CREST account on behalf of the trust.

Following these transactions, Tom Allsworth's beneficial interests in the Company, including those held by persons closely associated with him, will be unchanged at 125,272,793 ordinary shares, representing 14.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as incorporated into UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
