The Company announces that its Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 have been published and distributed to shareholders.

The document, along with all documents relating to the Group's Annual General Meeting, is available on the Company's website, www.jameshalstead.com, and on written application to the Company Secretary at Beechfield, Hollinhurst Road, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1JN.

The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Manchester Town Hall, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA on 27th November 2015 at 12pm.
