Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company was informed today that Mr J A Wild, a non-Executive Director of the company has today sold 33,000 (0.01%) ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 500.61p.

Following the sale, Mr Wild retains ownership of 150,300 Ordinary Shares representing 0.072% of the voting rights of the Company.
