The Company announces that its Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 have been published and distributed to shareholders.

The document, along with all documents relating to the Group's Annual General Meeting, is available on the Company's website, www.jameshalstead.com, and on written application to the Company Secretary at Beechfield, Hollinhurst Road, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1JN.

The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Oldham Event Centre, off Hilbre Avenue, Oldham OL2 5BL on 2nd December 2016 at 12pm.
