Block Admission Application

James Halstead plc (AIM:JHD) announces an application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a block admission in respect of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.  It is anticipated that admission will occur on 23 October 2018.

The block admission relates to Shares that will be issued from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the James Halstead Group Share Option Plan (1998), and when issued, will rank equally with the existing Shares in issue. 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will remain unchanged at 208,086,108.  The company will notify on a monthly basis where there have been changes to the issued share capital.
