Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: Appeninn Asset Management Holding Public Limited Company; registered office: 1022 Budapest, Bég utca 3-5.; company registration number: 01-10-046538; hereinafter referred to as: Issuer) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the competent Serbian registration court has ordered the compulsory liquiditation of Imanpa doo Beograd (registered office: Novi Beograd, Bulevar Milutina Milankovića 9Đ, 11070 Novi Beograd), which is indirectly owned by the Issuer, as it never conducted any economic activities and therefore did not opened its bank account.
