Şirketimizin 01.06.2024-31.05.2025 hesap dönemi faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre -1.546.097.667.- TL (Bir milyar beşyüz kırk altı milyon doksan yedi bin altı yüz altmış yedi Türk Lirası) zarar oluşmuş (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre -3.534.204.438.-TL) olup, bu zararın geçmiş yıl zararları hesabında takip edilmesine ve bu zarar nedeniyle dağıtılacak dönem kârı olmadığından, kâr payı dağıtılmamasına ve bu teklifin yapılacak olan ilk Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmasına, karar verilmiştir.
