EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT

OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company (registered seat: 59 Andrássy street, Budapest, HU-1062; company registration number: 01-10-042533, hereinafter referred to as: 'Company') hereby informs the Esteemed Investors about the following.

As it was previously announced, on 05th November 2025, the Company made a binding proposal, valid until 15 December 2025, to MFB Invest Befektetési és Vagyonkezelő Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: MFB Invest Investment and Asset Management Private Limited Company; registered seat: HU- 1027 Budapest, Kapás utca 6-12. ; company registration number: 01-10-045174; tax number: 13396709-4-41) for the purchase of its quota representing 15,22% of the registered capital in a KALL Ingredients Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 5211 Tiszapüspöki, Fehértó part 1.; company registration number: 16-09- 016853; tax number: 24937984-2-16; hereinafter referred to as: "KALL")¹ .

Today the transaction has fulfilled as the result of the negotiations made after the binding proposal and the direct onwership of the Company in KALL has increased from 74,33% to 89,55%.
