Şirketimizin 14.200.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-18.1 sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesinin 6'ncı fıkrası hükmü uyarınca bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 50.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanının aşılarak, % 2000 (yüzde ikibin) oranında, 194.079.216,53 TL'sinin "Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları"ndan, 12.651.352,45 TL'sinin "Özsermaye Enflasyon Farkları"ndan ve 77.269.431,02 TL'sinin "Olağanüstü Yedeklerden" olmak üzere toplam 284.000.000 TL tutarında artırılarak 298.200.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesi ve Şirket esas sözleşmesinin 6'ıncı maddesinin tadil edilmesi hususunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştır.
