Block Listing Application

The Gym Group announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 45,000 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued by the Company under the terms of a supplier agreement. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 18 December 2025.
