ANNOUNCEMENT 15/12/2025: BOARD MEETING RESOLUTIONS

Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 15/12/2025, examined, inter alia, the progress of the Group's operations.

In addition, Mr. Petros Petrakis was appointed, as of 1 st January 2026, as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Achilleas Demetriades, who remains as a Member of the said Committee.
