Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"the Company," "Issuer") announces that on December 15, 2025, it enteredinto an agreement with Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office inChorzów (hereinafter: 'Contractor') regarding potential cooperation inthe development of the game "Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh"(hereinafter: "game").

The Management Board anticipates that technical verification will becarried out within three weeks of the date of conclusion of the aboveagreement. The Management Board will announce the possible conclusion ofan agreement for the production and release of the game in a separateESPI report.

The preparation and distribution of the "Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh"game is important from the point of view of the strategy beingimplemented and may have an impact on the Company's revenues insubsequent periods.
