Şirketimiz 13.08.2024 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamasında;

Şirketimiz aktifine kayıtlı Tire Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'ndeki fabrika arazimizde yer alan üretim tesislerimiz için alınmış olan mevcut yatırım teşvik belgesinin süresinin dolması nedeniyle Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'na kapatma başvurusu yapıldığını duyurmuştu.

07.02.2018 - 07.08.2024 dönemi yatırımlarımızı kapsayan 135696 sayılı Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'ndan yatırım tamamlama vizesi alınarak kapatılmıştır.

Alınan yatırım teşvik belgesi kapsamında Bina-İnşaat, Makine-Teçhizat ve Diğer Harcamalardan oluşan 196.297.611,52 TL tutarında yatırım gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu yatırım teşvik belgesi "KDV İstisnası, Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti, Faiz Desteği, Vergi İndirimi ve Sigorta Primi İşveren Hissesi" desteklerini içermektedir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our company stated in its Special Situation Disclosure dated August 13, 2024;

Our company announced that it had submitted a closure application to the Ministry of Industry and Technology due to the expiration of the current investment incentive certificate obtained for our production facilities located on our factory land in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone, which is registered in our company's assets.

The Investment Incentive Certificate No. 135696 covering our investments for the period 07.02.2018 - 07.08.2024 has been closed upon obtaining the investment completion visa from the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Under the investment incentive certificate obtained, an investment of 196,297,611.52 TRY has been made, consisting of Building-Construction, Machinery-Equipment, and Other Expenses. The investment incentive certificate in question includes support in the form of "VAT Exemption, Customs Duty Exemption, Interest Support, Tax Reduction, and Employer's Share of Insurance Premium."
