Publication of the 2016 Registration Document

Neuilly-sur-Seine, March 24, 2017

Bureau Veritas has submitted on March 24, 2017 its 2016 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2016 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The Registration document includes notably:

• the 2016 Financial Annual Report;
• the Chairman's report on internal control procedures and on corporate governance and the related statutory auditors' reports;
• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors for the financial year 2016;
• a description of the shares buyback program.

The 2016 Registration Document will be available shortly on Bureau Veritas' website: http://finance.bureauveritas.com as well as on www.amf-france.org.
