Silverwood Brands plc, a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, announces that all the resolutions were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today.

The proxy votes cast in advance of the meeting are summarised in the table below.  The percentage of shares voted is calculated based on the Company's issued share capital of 43,549,226 Ordinary Shares of £0.10p each.
