Purchase of Own Shares

Athens, 15 December 2025

The company under the trade name «NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT» (hereinafter «Noval Property»), announces that, in the context of its own share buyback program according to the resolution of the Ordinary Meeting of its Shareholders dated 27/05/2025, during the period 08/12/2025 – 12/12/2025, it has acquired through the Athens Exchange 28,283 own shares in total, as follows:

The above acquisitions were made through the Athens Exchange member National Securities Single Member S.A.

Following the aforementioned acquisitions, η Noval Property holds in aggregate 201,032 own shares, i.e. a percentage of 0.1590% of the total number of shares of Noval Property.
