Aéroports de Paris SA Filing of the 2016 Registration Document

The 2016 Aéroports de Paris registration document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 31 March 2017.

The document may be viewed and downloaded starting from 1 April 2016 from the Group website (http://www.parisaeroport.fr/en/group/finance/amf-information, french text) and the AMF website (www.amf-france.org). The English-language version will be available shortly. Hard copies are also available at the company's registered office: 1, rue de France, 93290 Tremblay-en-France.

The following documents are included in the 2016 registration document:

• the 2016 financial report,
• the report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the composition of the Board and the application of gender equality in it, the conditions for preparing and organising its work and the internal control and risk management procedures put in place by Aéroports de Paris for the period ending the 31 December 2016 (Article L.225-37 of the Code de commerce (French commercial code),
• the auditors' report and information concerning their fees,
• and the description of the share buy-back programme.
