10. Additional Information:

1. A syndicate agreement ('RBI-Syndicate') exists between the Raiffeisen-Landesbanken listed under section 8 (No. 2, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16) and the direct subsidiaries of the Raiffeisen-Landesbanken (No. 3, 7, 12 and 15). The direct subsidiaries are each subordinated to their respective Raiffeisen-Landesbank in the RBI-Syndicate (subordination syndicate). The share of voting rights of the RBI-Syndicate attributed to each other pursuant to sections 132, 133 no. 1 BörseG 2018 remains unchanged and amounts to around 58.76% (193,273,103 shares/voting rights) (see also section 4 below).

2. The notification is made because the voting rights pursuant to section 130 para 1 BörseG 2018 of RAIFFEISEN-HOLDING NIEDERÖSTERREICH WIEN registrierte Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (indirectly) and its wholly owned subsidiary RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH-WIEN AG (indirectly and directly) - each without the attribution of voting rights of the RBI-Syndicate - exceed the threshold of 25% (totalling 82,234,906 shares/voting rights).

3. RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH-WIEN AG directly holds 9,075,649 shares/voting rights (corresponding to approx. 2.76%; section 8, No. 2 of the notification). Of these, 1,126,594 shares (corresponding to approx. 0.34%) are part of the RBI Syndicate. RLB NÖ-Wien Sektorbeteiligungs GmbH (100% subsidiary) directly holds 73,159,257 shares/voting rights (corresponding to approx. 22.24%), which are syndicated. Together with the shares/voting rights of the RBI-Syndicate attributed pursuant to sections 132, 133 no. 1 BörseG 2018 totalling 118,987,252 (corresponding to approx. 36.17%), the direct or indirect and attributed voting rights of RAIFFEISEN-HOLDING NIEDERÖSTERREICH WIEN registrierte Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung and RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH-WIEN AG total 201,222,158 shares/voting rights (corresponding to approx. 61.17%).

4. With respect to section 6 of the notification - reduced share of voting rights of the RBI Syndicate to approx. 58.76% (193,273,103 shares/voting rights): In the last notification dated 20 August 2019, a shareholding of the RBI-Syndicate of 193,449,778 shares/voting rights (corresponding to around 58.81%) was reported on the basis of the reciprocal attribution circle pursuant to sections 132, 133 no. 7 BörseG 2018 (old version) for parties acting in concert (section 1 no. 6 ÜbG). The difference of 176,675 shares (corresponding to around 0.05%) results from non-syndicated shares/voting rights of RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK NIEDERÖSTERREICH-WIEN AG, which were mutually attributable at this time in accordance with sections 132, 133 no. 7 BörseG 2018 (old version) for parties acting in concert (section 1 no. 6 ÜbG); this attribution was cancelled by Federal Law Gazette I no. 69/2022.
