Vélib': Appeal lodged

Paris, 11 April 2017 JCDecaux announced that the JCDecaux/RATP/SNCF partnership has lodged an appeal before the judge of the Paris Administrative Court. This action follows the urgent proceeding (référé) against the decision by the Autolib' Vélib' Union's Tender Committee regarding the award of the Vélib' contract, for the defence of the 315 employees who have participated in the « unqualified success » of Vélib' for the past ten years.
