Europcar Groupe releases its 2016 Registration Document including the annual financial report

Europcar Groupe (Euronext Paris: EUCAR) announces the registration on April 12, 2017 of its 2016 Registration Document¹ (Document de Référence) with the French Autorité des marchés financiers under number R.17-015.

This document is available on Europcar Groupe's website at the address http://finance.europcargroup.com. Copies of the Registration Document are also available upon request at Europcar Groupe's registered office (2 rue René Caudron, Bâtiment OP, 78960 Voisins-le-Bretonneux, France).

The following documents are included in the 2016 Registration Document:

• the 2016 annual financial report;
• the statutory auditors' reports and information relating to their fees;
• the report of the Management Board on the Company's and Group's management;
