Director Declaration

In accordance with the Listing Rules, Intermediate Capital Group PLC announces that Amy Schioldager, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been nominated for election as a Non-Executive Director of American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”). Amy’s appointment as a Non-Executive Director of AIG is conditional upon shareholder approval at, and will be effective following, AIG’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
