Cavaillon, 24 April 2017 – 6:00pm: ID Logistics (ISIN: FR0010929125, Ticker: IDL) ID Logistics, one of the European leaders in contract logistics, has reported Q1 2017 revenues of €321.9 million, up 45.3% and up 12.9% on a likefor-like basis (at comparable scope and exchange rates).
Eric Hémar, Chairman and CEO of ID Logistics, commented: "This good start to the year reflects a highly positive contribution from Logiters, acquired on 1 September 2016, and strong organic growth of 13% with the ramp-up in the numerous contracts started in 2016. For the first time in two years, we also reaped the benefit of broadly favourable currency effects, which topped up our growth, particularly in Brazil. In line with our objectives, we are focusing on raising the productivity of our new platforms and completing the integration of Logiters."

In France, ID Logistics recorded double-digit organic growth for the fourth quarter in a row, with revenues rising 12.7% to €150.2 million. With just one new contract starting up over the period, this performance was driven almost solely by the ramp-up in the numerous new contracts started in 2016.
In International markets, first-quarter revenues came to €171.7 million, up 94.7% and up 13.3% on a like-for-like basis (consolidation of Logiters from 1 September 2016 onwards and favourable currency effects, especially from the Brazilian real), an acceleration on 2016. The momentum created by 2016 start-ups, as many new contracts came into effect in the second half, was the main factor boosting international business, plus a small volume increase on existing contracts.
ID Logistics continues to tender for and to win new contracts. For example:
In order to improve its profitability from the summer 2017 onwards, ID Logistics is focusing on raising the productivity of the numerous new sites started in 2016 and, in parallel, is completing the integration of Logiters.
ID Logistics also intends to deliver growth outpacing the market one and to meet the new challenges facing its customers.
Once these objectives have been reached, the Group will continue to monitor potential acquisition opportunities very closely, especially in Northern Europe, so that it can provide its existing and prospective customers with the largest possible coverage.
Publication of first-half 2017 revenues: 20 July 2017 after the market close.
