The Company announces the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of £0.07 each ("Shares") which include:

1)   Awards over Shares granted on 25 March 2019 under the Quilter Share Reward Plan ("Quilter SRP") and the Quilter Performance Share Plan ("Quilter PSP"); and

2)   The vesting and sale of Shares granted pursuant to the 2017 Deferred Bonus awards made under the Phantom Share Reward Plan ("Phantom SRP"), which took place on 22-26 March 2019.
