Reduction of Capital

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the Company) announces that, on 26 March 2019, the High Court of Justice Chancery Division confirmed the cancellations of the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account and capital redemption reserve of the Company (Reduction of Capital). The Court Order approving the Reduction of Capital and a statement of capital were registered by the Registrar of Companies on 26 March 2019 and therefore the Reduction of Capital became effective on that date.

This follows the approval of the Reduction of Capital by special resolution at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 10 January 2019.
