Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

The Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 March 2019 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 20 June 2018 relating to a €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc.

The purpose of the Supplementary Prospectus is to include interim financial information for the six months ended 30 September 2018 following the award of fast-track status to Severn Trent Water Limited's business plan for AMP7.
