Electra Private Equity PLC announces that Neil Johnson, Chairman and Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of QinetiQ Group plc ("QinetiQ"), with effect from 2 April 2019.  Following the conclusion of the QinetiQ Annual General Meeting on 24 July 2019, Mr Johnson will assume the role as Chairman.  On appointment, he will become a member of QinetiQ's Audit, Remuneration, Nominations, Risk & CSR, and Security Committees.
