Hunting PLC today announces the following share awards granted on 21 March 2019 under the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP") to the executive Directors and members of the executive committee.

The executive Directors and the Group's Chief Operating Officer are granted awards which are wholly performance based. Other members of the executive committee are also granted awards which are dependent on continued service throughout the vesting period. The awards are subject to vesting on the third anniversary of the date of grant.

The performance conditions and targets attached to the performance based awards of the 2019 HPSP grant are as follows:

The EPS and ROCE performance conditions will be measured against the financial performance of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2021, while the TSR and Balanced Scorecard performance conditions will be measured based on data for the three year performance period ended 31 December 2021.

The number of shares subject to the award are determined by using the average closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC Ordinary share on the previous five days to the date of grant, being 573.5 pence per share.
