2018 Annual Report and Financial Statements / 2019 notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that its 2018 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

With effect from Thursday, 21 March 2019 the following documents will be available on the Company's website (http://www.ipfin.co.uk/en/investors/shareholder-centre/annual-general-meeting.html):  

·	2018 Annual Report and Financial Statements;
·	2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
·	Proxy form (for information only).

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of each of the above documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The announcement of the Company's 2018 results was issued on 27 February 2019 which can be found on the Company's website at www.ipfin.co.uk.
