Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has, today, published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website at https://www.directlinegroup.co.uk.

A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Annual Report, together with the 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be sent to shareholders on or about 2 April 2019.

The AGM will take place at the offices of Deloitte LLP, 2 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BZ at 11.00am on 9 May 2019.
