Athens, March 15, 2019 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that:

On 14th March 2019, Schroders Plc notified OTE S.A. that on 13th March 2019, its (indirect) participation in the share capital of OTE S.A. and the corresponding voting rights fell below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of the Company and voting rights compared to a percentage of 5.032%, as per Schroders' previous notification (dated 10 October 2017). According to the relevant notification, Schroders Plc holds shares of the Company with attached voting rights through the following controlled companies:
