Directors Shareholding/PDMR transactions

Hunting PLC today announces that under the rules of the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP"), and following the measurement of the relevant performance conditions, shares granted in 2016 to the executive Directors and members of the Hunting executive committee, who are all determined to be PDMRs, partially vested and were exercised as follows:

Mr Johnson's interest in Hunting PLC ordinary shares, as a Director of the Company, now totals 205,042 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The performance measures of the awards are noted on pages 75 and 81 of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts. The performance period was 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2018.

The closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC ordinary share on the vesting date was 518.50 pence per share. The average selling price of the above ordinary shares for tax liabilities was 519.94 pence.
