Preliminary Notice

PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE hereby provides notice to shareholders of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 5.00 pm at headquarters located in VILLERS-LES-NANCY (54600), 5 allée de Saint Cloud.

The agenda and draft resolutions have been published in the BALO legal gazette on May 19, 2017 (www.journalofficiel.gouv.fr). The BALO notice can be reviewed on the website of the company (www.pharmagest.com, Finance).

The convening notice to attend the meeting will be published in the BALO on June 9, 2017 and in the legal gazette "Les Tablettes Lorraines" on June 12, 2017.

Pursuant to article R225-73-1 of the French commercial code, PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE has published the documents prescribed by this article on its website 21 days prior to the meeting. They are online since June 6, 2017.

The shareholders may obtain any further information by request to PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE's headquarters located in VILLERS-LES-NANCY (54600).
