Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Additional Listing

A block listing application has been made for 2,800,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued in respect of the Persimmon Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2018, an all-employee share scheme, and will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 15 March 2019.
